Workshops, Industry Intelligence and Networking (WIIN)


AIDN-NT is pleased to announce two successful funding applications to WIIN Rounds six and seven.  To support an extensive training program over the next four months AIDN-NT has been granted a total of $82,000 to conduct activities for the WIIN program which is a Commonwealth Government initative through Enterprise Connect.  As part of its program AIDN-NT will be running a series of workshops, seminars and webinars for participants.

Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR)

National Workforce Development Fund (NWDF)



AIDN-NT has been successful in recieving a funding grant from the initial round of the NWDF which opened in September.  A grant to the total of $141,694 has been approved and will be used towards conducting the following VET training:

Diploma in Project Management
Diploma in Management
Certificate IV in Project Management 
Certificate IV in Frontline Management

A training agreement has been signed with Charles Darwin University and the courses will commence in February 2012.

These courses will continue to develop the Defence Education and Learning Program which is a core activity of AIDN-NT.
